Senior Members Training Nights


Our senior runners meet regularly each week for group based training sessions which cater for all running abilities. We are always looking for new members so if you are interested, contact us through our Facebook or Twitter pages (links below)

  1. Meet every Tuesday at 7pm at Aberdare Sports Centre. This is a progressive session aimed at improving 10k to Marathon times
  2. Meet every Thursday at 7pm at Aberdare Sports Centre. Group run incorporating some optional tempo sets
